Attachment 1 - Pricing Schedule Attachment 2 - Past Performance Questionnaire Solicitation -Request for Proposal - LCLSB15R0008 (Fragile & Non-Fragile Shipping) Attachment 4 - Service Contract Wage Determination Registry Attachment 3 -Capitol Hill Compound Delivery Instructions This is a Pre- Solicitation Notice of a RFP to be released by the Library of Congress. This RFP will be to establish a 5 Option Period Multiple Award IDIQ Contract. The Requirement will be for Shipping of Fragile and Non-Fragile gift donations made to the Library to be transported from select locations throughout the United States, and select European Regions to the Library of Congress. This will be a full and open competition to be released before the close of FY15. Modification to Notice on August 13, 2015: This Pre-Solicitation Notice is being modified to incorporate the solicitation, and open the procurement for proposal submissions.
