Description

Attachment 3 - SCA Wage Determination Attachment 2 - Plans Attachment 1 - Specifications RFQ - SF-1449 This is a combined solicitation/synopsis. This project is for Sealcoating of approximately 120,000 S.F. of entrance and parking areas located at the Dolores Public Lands Center, in Dolores Colorado. All work shall be performed within the Dolores Ranger District of the San Juan National Forest near the city of Dolores, Colorado. This project is 100% Set-Aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code for this project is 238990 and the small business size standard is $15M. The solicitation for this project will be available only through the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted via hard copy to the address provided in the solicitation or via email to Ginger Domingos at gingerdomingos@fs.fed.us. All Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in accordance to FAR 52.204-7 and must respond to all criteria to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors to fail to meet these criteria will not be considered. A formal site visit has not been scheduled, all bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding. The solicitation is attached to this announcement. The actual due date is identified on the solicitation.
