- MCC BIO Data PSC Clauses Request for Quote PLEASE NOTE: This contract shall be awarded solely to an individual(s), not to a firm. The individual must have an active DUNS # and a fully approved and active record in the System for Award Management (SAM). We suggest you commence the registration process in SAM immediately after submitting an application as the registration process may take several weeks. The Department of Compact Operations (DCO), Sector Operations Division (SO), Social and Gender Assessment (SGA) team is seeking a part-time Personal Services Contractor (PSC) at the Director-level to support development and implementation of compacts in the MCC portfolio. SGA needs the PSC to take responsibility for overseeing compact development and/or implementation in one or more countries, at least one of which will be in southern Africa. The PSC will lead complex, highly technical work in the field of gender integration and social inclusion in projects designed to promote economic growth and reduce poverty.. The PSC shall work as a member of the GSI team, which is responsible for ensuring that MCC compact development and implementation, as well as MCC policy and guidance, adequately integrates gender and social inclusion, with a strong emphasis on increasing the impacts of MCC projects on poverty and gender equality.
