RFP ATT J-4 GATEWAY QUALS RFP ATT J-2 LABOR CLINS RFP ATT J-I LABOR CATS RFP SECTION M ADDENDUM RFP SECTION L ADDENDUM RFP SECTION C ADDENDUM RFP SECTON B ADDENDUM RFP SAQMMA15R0504 SOLICITATION DOCUMENT The purpose of the Hybrid Information Technology and Telecommunications Services for State - Phase II (HITTSS-II) acquisition is to provide contract vehicles against which a large spectrum of information technology and telecommunications service requirements can be efficiently competed and ordered to address non-IRM Bureaus' needs. The HITTSS-II base contracts will provide flexible contracts that may be utilized by all bureaus and offices within the Department on a worldwide basis. The HITTSS-II contractors shall provide information technology and telecommunications support services as defined in RFP Section C - Statement of Work, and the individual task order requests (TORs) to be issued under the HITTSS-II base contracts. The HITTSS-II contractors shall provide all management, supervision, labor, facilities and materials necessary to perform the requirements in the contracts and task orders.
