- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government has a requirement for National Instruments Developer Suite yearly maintenance. Please see the attached specification documents for the complete description of the requirement. Contract will be awarded to the bidder with lowest price determined to technically acceptable. All items must be addressed in your quote including an estimated delivery date. Please no questions after 19 August 2015 at 3:00PM CST. If you have any questions please contact Cassandra Patton at cassandra.d.patton2.civ@mail.mil. RFQ will end at 3:00 PM CST on 20 August 2015. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Please see the attached documents for further information.
