- ITEM 0001: NSN 4920-01-500-1524RN, Part Number AD33480-6, Synchrophaser Test Set, applicable to the C-130 aircraft and is used to identify faulty components in an aircraft's Synchrophaser system and check propeller phase angles. Approximate measurements are as follows: length15.3 inches, width 16.5 inches, height 16.5 inches and weighs 40 pounds. Material: Steel, Aluminum and Electrical Components. Basic requirement is for 5 each. Place of delivery is to multiple locations and is due 365 days ARO contract. All delivery requirements are FOB origin. The approximate RFQ issue date is 18 August 2015; quotation will be due 1 Sep 2015. The RFQ will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. This is a sole source requirement that will be purchased from Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (73030), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing to costella.edwards@us.af.mil with a copy to dawn.mccurdy@us.af.mil. No telephones inquiries. Anticipated award date is 11 September 2015. Duration of Contract Period is 365 days.
