Description
PWS Combat Medical Training 48 RQS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-15-Q-0433 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, Defense Circular Number 20150803, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2015-0406. This procurement is being issued with no set aside. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - 5 Days Advanced Combat Medical Training with fresh tissue in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance: 24-28 August 2015.
