- Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Performance Work Statement OREGON AIR NATIONAL GUARD W912JV-15-R-4032 Request For Quote for Repair Emergency Backup Generator This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811310 and the size standard is less than $7.0 Million in annual revenue. This solicitation will be 100% Set-Aside for small business. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, Effective 02 July 2015. Offerors quotes shall propose a firm fixed price for all services listed below subject to the terms and conditions of this entire synopsis/solicitation, and the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). All quotes should be FOB destination to Portland, OR 97218.
