- Map Directions to Ft. Belvoir, Building 1458 This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to competitively solicit and award a contract for Cyber Identity Management Support Services. The intended solicitation will be a consolidation of three contracts which include Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation (CIAV) Technical Services, Identity and Access Management Engineering Support (IdAM), and Cyber and Registration Authority Support Services. The intended requirement will involve 16 non-personal tasks which provide analytical, technical, IT, program, and project management support services. This requirement is anticipated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant Small Business (SB) contracting vehicle. Contractor Teaming Arrangements with Large Business entities is acceptable and desired. At least 51% of the work in terms of labor, must be performed by a small business concern. ACC-RI intends to host an Industry Day on 31 August 2015 to expand our market research, and provide information regarding the planned acquisition. The conference will be held at Fort Belvoir, VA in Building 1458. Participants attending the conference will need to enter Fort Belvoir via Tulley Gate and present a driver's license in order to proceed to the Visitors Center. At the Visitors Center a day pass will be generated allowing access to Building 1458. Please see attached directions including a map of the Fort Belvoir. This Industry Day will allow interested sources the opportunity to ask questions and provide comments regarding the requirements development. The Government will discuss any risks and the general source selection criteria anticipated. The conference will begin at 0900 and end at approximately 1300. Sign in and registration will start at 0830. Advance registration is required. Parties interested in attending this Industry Day shall submit a reservation request via email to Ms. Danette Wilson at danette.d.wilson.civ@mail.mil and Mr. Derek Schnorrenberg derek.m.schnorrenberg.civ@mail.mil. Your request shall include the name of the firm, name and title of those individuals participating, and contact information via telephone numbers and email addresses. All reservations for this event must be received no later than COB 26 August 2015. This reservation request is only for attendance to the Industry Day. Vendors are responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations, if needed. Please note that industry participation is voluntary and the Government will not reimburse respondents or attendees for any efforts expended as a result of or in response to this notice.
