- Attachment 1 Parts List RFP N00421-15-R-0095 The Information Technology/Information Management Department, Naval Air Warfare Center-Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) 7.2, has requirements to procure equipment and services to maintain four (4) Liebert Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS), fifteen (15) Liebert Power Distribution Units (PDU) and associated components, five (5) Liebert Remote Distribution Center (RDC) and associated components, and one (1) Square D PDU and associated components. Proposal Instructions 1. This task order is a 100% small business set-aside and only Small Businesses will be considered for award of this requirement. Proposals from other contractors will not be considered. 2. QUESTIONS: It is requested that all questions be received within two (2) business days of the date this solicitation was posted. 3. DISCUSSIONS: Though the Government reserves the right to hold discussions, award may be based upon initial offers. Therefore, do not submit an offer that takes exception to any term or condition of this RFP, propose any additional term or condition, or omit any required information. The offeror's initial proposal should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint. However, the Government may contact any or all or a limited number of awardees with questions concerning their responses as permitted under FAR Part 16. 4. ESTIMATED DATE OF AWARD: For proposal purposes the estimated date of contract award is anticipated to be 27 August 2015. The estimated period of performance commences on 1 September 2015. 5. Proposals must be submitted electronically no later than the date and time listed in Block 8 of the RFP cover page. All proposals should be sent to Angela.Herndon@navy.mil.
