NOTICE TO VENDORS The subject sources sought notice is issued solely for planning and market research purposes. Although a formal solicitation is planned to be forthcoming, this notice is not a solicitation. All information received in response to this request for information that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Again, this is only for market research information purposes at this time. The Philadelphia VA Medical Center is currently seeking firms that can provide maintenance services for the security systems currently located at our Philadelphia location and other locally associated offices. Please review the provided Statement of Work (SOW) and provide responses to the following: 1. Does your firm have the capability to maintain the equipment and systems stated in the SOW? 2.Does your firm have the capability to install the equipment and systems at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center and/or locally associated offices as stated in the SOW? 3.Please provide a capability statement describing how your firm will meet the requirements of the SOW. 4.What is the socio-economic status of your firm: (Large Business, Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Women Owned Small Business, HUBzone Business(8a) Firm)? 5.Please also provide POC information: Name, Job Title, Phone Number, E-mail Address. 6.All responses must be e-mailed to the Contracting Officer: Peter.Santangelo@va.gov
