FA6675-15-R-0008 B3341 Renovation Solicitation WD TX150322 03062015 TX322 Exterior Facelift - NEW CON Plan 2 Exterior Facelift - NEW CON Plan 1 Exterior Facelift - HVAC Exterior Facelift - DEMO Exterior Facelift - DEMO Plan 2 Entrance Canopy - Side Entrance Canopy - Front Request for Information (RFI) form to be used for all inquiries. ALL INQUIRIES SHALL BE VIA E-MAIL ONLY USING THE ATTACHED RFI FORM. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A solicitation is being issued for the renovation of B3341 (3,300 Square Feet (SF)) for standing seam roofing system replacement, exterior metal sheeting replacement, exterior lighting, exterior doors & windows, insulation, entrance canopy replacement, electrical power upgrade, and HVAC upgrade. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000, with the estimated construction time of 120 days. Site Walk: Thursday, 20 Aug 2015, @0900 AM Central. Will begin at 1776 Carswell Ave. with a short meeting then proceed to B3341. Please send name and company name to Ron Pyles for base access. Allow adequate time at the Visitor Control Center to get a pass. The process is often very lengthy. Proposal due date is 14 Sep 2015, 1:00PM Central. ALL questions should be submitted on the attached RFI form. " Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after bid opening/RFP closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the government."
