This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Description of Requirement The OMC plans to procure a GE Healthcare Delta Vision Elite Optical Sectioning Microscopy system for the purpose of conducting non-confocal deconvolution 4D microscopy of cancer cells and cells infected with microbial and viral pathogenes. This will allow NIH/CCR users of the OMC to investigate multiple factors and processes involved in cancer development, immune response, infection response, and pathogenesis. This will allow NIH to perform high quality clinical and translational research and to develop diagnostics and cure for cancer and microbial/viral infections.
