- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 supplemented with FAR part 13 and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911YN-15-T-1017 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-79. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 722514 with a small business size standard of $27.5 M. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of KP Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing postdate. PROPOSALS MUST BE ALL OR NONE. PARTIAL AWARDS WILL NOT BE MADE. Quotes due by: 28 August 2015 @ 4:00 P.M. EST Place of Performance: 14300 Fang Drive, Jacksonville IAP, Florida, 32218. Period of Performance: 1 base year 9/12/2015 - 9/11/2016, with 4 option years thereafter. SERVICE IS FOR ONE (DRILL) WEEKEND EVERY MONTH, SCHEDULE IS ATTACHED IN PPERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. Site Visit: 20 August 2015 at 10:00am EST at the 125FW, 14300 Fang Drive, Jacksonville IAP, Florida, 32218.
