- The National Park Service Pacific West Region-Honolulu Major Activity Buying has awarded a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order to Intermountain Advantage Group for the purchase of Advantage 5 software licensing and support services at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (base and four 1-yar options). This software license and support is compatible with the park ¿s current fee collection software and database and the park has been using this software for more than ten years. The Advantage 5 software is proprietary and no other software is currently compatible with the park ¿s system. This action was awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may view the justification as attached. This announcement constitutes the only notice that will be provided. This is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
