Description

RFQ Template must be completed and returned with quotation. Data Sheet for RS6700 Data Sheet for RS6800 Combined Synopsis / Solicitation 30 SCS/SCOR requires purchase of an infrared camera system with ancillary equipment to complete their digital transformation that will allow space launch personnel to visually assess the launch operation, space vehicle separation, and anomalies that occur when conditions would normally prevent this if using other visual assessment means. These cameras will assist in the completion of a six-year digital transformation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) PR# F4D1F35162AC02. Submit written offers IAW CLIN structure outlined below in this announcement. Quote template sheet is attached to this solicitation. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). The Government intends to award to the lowest priced technically acceptable vendor. Technically acceptable means products that meet or exceed the performance requirements. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83 and DFARS DPN 20150626. Both the North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 333314 and a size standard of 500 Employees apply to this procurement.
