- Attachment 3 - Pricing and Certification Sheet Attachment 2 - Wage Determinations Attachment 1 - AWMA SOW and Specs AG-4209-S-15-0003 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for AWMA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number AG-4209-S-15-0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13.5 are being utilized. The Government anticipates this solicitation will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82 effective June 8, 2015. This is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 531320, Offices of Real Estate Appraisers, which has a size standard of $7.5 million. For more information on size standards visit http://www.sba.gov/size. Refer to Attachment 1, Statement of Work, for a detailed description of the required services. Services will be performed for an area-wide market analysis for conservation easement acquisitions in the state of Florida. Attachment 1, Scope of Work; Attachment 2, Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determinations; and Attachment 3, Pricing and Certification Sheet are incorporated and made a part of this solicitation. Quotes are due by 4:30 p.m. CT, September 1, 2015, at USDA-NRCS, Attn: Faith Tillman, 100 West Capitol Street, Suite 1321, Jackson, MS 39269. Quotes submitted via facsimile and email will also be accepted. The period of performance will commence on award and shall be completed by October 30, 2015. Delivery and acceptance will occur at USDA-NRCS, Attn: Jessica Bertine, 2614 NW 43rd Street, Gainesville, FL 32606.
