- Catholic Choir Leader and Musician Performance Work Statement, dated Sep 2015 Description of required services The primary purpose of this position is to provide all choir and musical accompaniment as necessary to support the various Catholic programs at the Air Force Base Chapel. The successful offeror will provide musical accompaniment and choir direction at all weekly choir practices and all Catholic Masses. Will be available for special services (i.e., penance services, memorial services, Holy Days and confirmation celebrations) and for special liturgical seasons (i.e., Christmas, Holy Week, and Easter). These services shall be accomplished on a weekly basis as follows: at weekly services, weekly rehearsals, special services, and special rehearsals (and as authorized by the service or Catholic Priest). THese services shall be accomplished on a weekly basis as follows: 2 masses per weekend, 2 weekly rehearsals, a maximum of 18 Holy Days and special services; to include up to 10 special rehearsals. Performances and rehearsals shall take place at the Main Chapel (Bldg. 475) or the religious education building (475). All other locations shall be by approval of the Wing Chaplain and/or Catholic Priest. The individual providing these services must be present at least 15 minutes prior to play for performances and will play for five to ten minutes of prelude music and five minutes of postlude music. These and any additional position requirements shall be accomplished as necessary, in accordance with the provisions as stated in the attached Performance Work Statement. The Department of Labor's applicable current wage determination for Davis County, UT will be incorporated and made applicable to individuals performing under this contract; unless they are otherwise formally determined to be exempt by the contacting officer.
