- RFI Statement of Work REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/ SOURCES SOUGHT C-45, KC-135, C-60, T-33, and A-26 Aircraft Painting to Dover AFB. 17 August 2015 1. GOVERNMENT DISCLAIMER (FAR 15.201 and 52.215-3 Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes [Oct 1997] (a) The Government does not presently intend to award a contract at this time or to otherwise pay for the information requested, but would like to obtain pricing on the basis of this request. (b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this RFI, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This request is issued for the purpose of determining whether or not industry possesses sources capable of performing the following requirements at the Dover AFB, DE. 2. GENERAL: Dover AFB 436th Contracting Squadron is looking to establish a contract for Preparing and Painting C-45, KC-135, C-60, T-33, and A-26 Aircraft at the Air Mobility Command Museum, Dover AFB. See attached Performance Work Statement for additional description of the service. Interested parties are invited to submit their information/quote.
