- This is a Request for information and Sources Sought Notice for Market Research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR BID. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide the Salient Characteristics listed. REQUIREMENT: Portable APU/ESU tester that is capable of testing Hamilton Sundstrand families of APS500 and APS1000 (APU's) (ESU's) both 4bit and 5bit. The Portable APU, ESU tester must be user repairable. The Portable APU, ESU tester must be backed with a one-year (1) warranty in which they will warrant that the unit is free from defects in material, workmanship, manufacturing, and design. Per DMWR 1-1560-300 at a minimum be capable of testing and monitoring Hamilton Sundstrand APU and ESU Models: T-62T-2B,-40-1,-40-1 (DESU),-40C7B,-40C7E1,-40C8D1,-40C11,-46C2,-46C3,-46C7. Using the main cable and appropriate adapter, the tester should be able to conduct a full ESU Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) at ambient temperature on the ESUs for the models listed above. Should have tester connections to conduct a self-test of internal circuits which will eliminate the need to calibrate the unit or self-calibrating internal tester hardware/software. Should have internal trouble shooting, self-test, continuity test, ESU ATP, APU monitor, data acquisition and file storage, able to detect automatically the ESU type and test log data entry at a minimum. Should have an ESU adjustment function to allow the operator to calibrate the Temperature Analog Conditioning Printed Circuit Board. Tester should be housed in a light weight, durable housing and come complete inside a durable, padded case that has a pull handle and wheels. The container for the tester should be capable of being shipped while maintaining the integrity of the tester inside. Will come with hard copy instruction manual.
