- In accordance with FAR 6.302.1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satistfy agency requirements The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis to W L Gore Associates Inc, 385 Starr Rd Landenberg, PA a quantiy of 8 Ea cable assembly part number RFC322M-SPC-A-25.0, Quantity of 8 Ea RFC322M-SPA-ER-A-25.0, a QTY of 16 Ea part number RFC322M-SPN-ER-A-25.0, QTY of 16 EA part number RFC114-01-14.o and a setup charge for RFC114-01-14.0. W L gore Associates is the OEM of these cable assembiles. and the only vendor with the proprietary data necessary to manufacture the cable assemblies.. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-15-T-0270 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.Respond by mail to NAWCWD, Code 245100D, Attn: Gayle Cline, 429 E.
