- ACC-AMIC, on the behalf of the Joint Warfare Analysis Center, intends to procure MATLAB Parallel Computing Toolbox and Distributing Computer Server software. A total of 13 months maintenance will also be required as described below. This is a brand name procurement for MATLAB software renewal, manufactured by Mathworks. A single source justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been approved based on the software's function and compatibility with JWAC's IT infrastructure. Specific items to be procured are: (qty 1) MATLAB Distributed Computing Server 192 pack (qty 1) First year software maintenance service for software above from 1 Sep 2015-31 Aug 2016 (qty 1) additional 1 month software maintenance from 1 Sep 2016-30 Sep 2016 (qty 1) Parallel Computing Toolbox (license 273980) (qty 1) First year software maintenance service for software above from 1 Sep 2015-31 Aug 2016 (qty 1) additional 1 month software maintenance from 1 Sep 2016-30 Sep 2016 (qty 2) Parallel Computing Toolbox (license 60891) (qty 2) First year software maintenance service for software above from 1 Sep 2015-31 Aug 2016 (qty 2) additional 1 month software maintenance from 1 Sep 2016-30 Sep 2016 This procurement is set aside 100% for small business and will be competed among authorized resellers for MATLAB software renewal. NAICS - 511210, Size Standard -$35.0M apply. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Joint Warfare Analysis Center, 18405 Frontage Rd Bldg 1451, Dahlgren, VA 22448. ATTN: SOFTWARE MANAGER In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM database by accessing the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in the attachment to this synopsis.
