For requests for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX5F5783AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a firm-fixed price contract, a quantity of 25 each of a Fitting Structural, NSN: 1560-01-562-6867, P/N: 70219-02130-109 applicable to the BE UH-60 (Blackhawk) weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 390 DACA, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
