- 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (IEE) Set-aside, for Small Business IEE concerns in accordance with the Buy Indian Act. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Justice Services, Division of Tribal Justice Support R - Prosecutorial service for the Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico CFR Courts, as required by the Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Justice Services (OJS), Tribal Justice Support Directorate (TJS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The North American Industry classification (NAICS) code is 541199. This acquisition is being solicited accordance with FAR Part 13.003 and DIAR 1480.280-1, as a total Small Business Indian Economic Enterprise Set-aside. The Period of Performance (POP) shall be 12 months, plus four 12-month option periods. The resultant contract will be awarded as a labor hour contract as defined in FAR 16.6. The Government intends to make a single contract award. See the SOW and other attachments for complete details. The Tribal Justice Support Directorate (TJS) provides guidance, technical support, and advisory services to tribal courts and CFR Courts (Code of Federal Regulations; also known as Courts of Indian Offenses). TJS has a need for a Prosecutor. The Prosecutor is primarily responsible for the resolution and prosecution of all criminal cases and limited civil cases arising within the jurisdiction of the Albuquerque/Santa Fe Court of Indian Offenses which includes three separate facilities. Those three facilities are located at the Santa Fe Indian School, Santa Fe Indian Health Hospital and the Albuquerque Indian School Trust Property which now includes the Bureau of Indian Affairs Buildings located at the Old Indian School Road, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
