- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA), intends to award a modification to existing contract AG-32SB-C-14-0029 to Chalklabs LLC to acquire additional support for the Chalklabs Knowledge Discovery Strategic Intelligence Tool. This is a six month extension using FAR 52.217-8-Option to Extend Services (Nov 1999). The anticipated extension Period of Performance is: 9/30/2015 - 3/31/2016 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Vendors that believe they can provide the services listed above are invited to submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact. Information received will be considered by the agency. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
