- Amendment A004 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. 1. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-76. 2. This acquisition is a 100% Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110 "Office Administrative Services." The small business size standard is $7,500,000.00. 3. The Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office of Administration (OA), Acquisition Management Division (AMD) proposes to procure records management and support services for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), for a period of one (1) base year and four (4) one (1) year option periods. The anticipated performance start date is September 21, 2015. This posting contains the following documents: 1. Solicitation 2. Telework Plan of Action 3. Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement 4. Individual Non-Disclosure Agreement 5. Wage Rate Determination 6. Statement of Work Responses are due on September 4, 2015 by 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
