- The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the US Army Armament Research Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) under previously awarded Blanket Purchase Agreements for Ultra High Speed Deluge System. The Statement of Work (SOW) for this call order is attached. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS 541990. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement via email no later than the closing time/date of this announcement, 31 August 2015 by 4:00pm Eastern Time.
