- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 09/01/2015 and respond due date 10/012015. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0059422991; and solicit as Unrestricted for approved sources of supply that retain data rights. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-15-R-2463 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1620-01-107-6831, Piston, Switch Actuating (NLG) for 492 each. Item suitable for competitive acquisition; in accordance with Part Number-74A450827-2003 and CAGE 13002,Part Number 1958-187 requirements. Item is Critical Application. Item is not Critical Safety as verified on August 21, 2015. Item is not commercial, and Export Controlled does not applies. Required delivery objective is 545 days total. 335 days after received order for production, 90 days for Contractor First Article Report and 60 days for Contractor Production Lot Report with Government 60 days Test/Eval. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Reverse Auction is considered for final proposal revision and price validity; IAW DLAD Provision 52.215-9023 /L15C11. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
