Solicitation Number: A14PS01127 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Date: August 14, 2015 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation number is A15PS01127 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) unless otherwise indicated. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72 January 30, 2014. The associate North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541512. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Information Technology (OIT) has a requirement to purchase new Cisco catalyst network switches to replace existing Local area network (LAN) switches that have reached their End of Life (EOL) usage This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) as defined by DIAR 1480.503. Only proposal from ISBEEs will be considered for award. DAIR clauses 1452.280-4 must be submitted with the proposal and marked appropriately in order to qualify for award. Delivery Location: POC-James Nelson at 1011 Indian School Road NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104. REQUEST FOR QUOTE INSTRUCTIONS The contractor shall provide a fixed price quotation via e-mail for this RFQ by 17:00 PM EST August 24, 2015 submitted to the email address below.
