The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Magnitude of work: between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is 90 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 20 calendar days is included. The solicitation will be issued on or about 18 August 2015 with an anticipated solicitation close date of approximately 3 September 2015. The solicitation will be available at following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. Work is to be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
