- The purpose of this modification is to add the following Site Visit Instructions and to extend the closing date. SITE VISIT: A Site visit will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 9:00 10:00 AM (PST). Attendance to the site visit is not mandatory but is highly recommended. Reporting location will be at Fleet Readiness Southwest North Island building 334-M. Further instructions will be provided the day before the site visit to contractors that have scheduled an appointment to attend. Reservations to attend the site visit must be made no later than 3:00 PM PST, August 21, 2015 by contacting Raymond Paulson via e-mail at Raymond.paulson@navy.mil TECHNICAL QUESTIONS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL received no later than COB 2:00PM (PST) on August 21, 2015, to: ofelia.salas@navy.mil Quotations will be evaluated based on Technical Capability, Past Performance and price. The Government will only considered firm-fixed price quotations. The closing date is on September 02, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
