- RFQ DOCUMENT- VENDOR SHALL READ/REVIEW The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends purchase a brand name or equal to Toyota Model 7HBW23 Electric Pallet Truck. This is a total small business set aside. An award will be made based on lowest price technically acceptable. Please make sure the quote includes FOB destination shipping to the address listed below. The Quotes shall be firm fixed price. All vendors shall have an Active DUNS number in SAM.GOV. Delivery is requested on or before 9/30/15.
