- N00164-15-G-WQ60-0004 - SOLE SOURCE - AN/VLQ-13(V) CVRJ ENGINEERING SERVICES - PSC R425 - NAICS 541330 Anticipated Issue Date 19 AUG 2015 - Anticipated Closing Date 21 SEP 2015 - Time 4:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into Job Order 0004 of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-15-R-WQ60 with Impact Science & Technology, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Exelis, Inc.) 85 Northwest Blvd, Suite B, Nashua, NH 03063-4068. The Job order is for the following items: Program Management, Engineering Support Services, Depot Test & Evaluation and Depot Repairs in support of the AN/VLQ-13(V)1 & (V)2 Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare Vehicle Receiver Jammer (CVRJ) Countermeasures System. Period of performance is to end 3 years after Job Order award. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis. Only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy the agency requirements. The basis for restricting competition is duplication of costs to the Government in qualifying a new vendor would not be recouped through competition and the Government does not have unlimited rights to the technical data package. The Job Order Solicitation will not be made available through the Government point of entry www.fbo.gov and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
