- The Amy Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Fort Dix, and the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) Project Directorate (PD) for Human Resource Solutions (HRS) are conducting an Industry Day event at Fort Dix, NJ on 09 September 2015, from 9:00am to 3:00pm eastern. This event is to provide information, and to discuss PD HRS' upcoming requirements for Human Resource support, which are anticipated to result in the creation of two multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract vehicles. The event will be held at the Timmerman Center; Building 5441; Pennsylvania Avenue and 8th Street; Fort Dix, NJ 08640 (see Attachment 01, quote mark Driving Directions quote mark, for directions). The event will begin at 9:00am eastern with sign-in beginning at 8:00am eastern. This event will consist of a general type session setting only; there will not be one-on-one sessions. The HRS contracts will provide Department of Defense (DoD) organizations with qualified contractors to support Human Resource needs in the following two mission areas: Personnel Life Cycle Support (PLS) Services and Recruiting, Management, and Administrative Support (R-MAS) Services. Services shall be performed throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations (i.e. Korea, Japan, Europe, Puerto Rico). See the following four Attachments for detailed information on the scope of each mission area: Attachment 02, quote mark Draft PLS Solicitation quote mark ; Attachment 03, quote mark Draft PLS PWS quote mark ; Attachment 04, quote mark Draft R-MAS Solicitation quote mark ; Attachment 05 quote mark Draft R-MAS PWS quote mark The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for both the PLS Services mission area and the R-MAS Services mission area is 541612. The size standard for NAICS code 541612 is $15M. The following three items consist of information to be provided prior to the Industry Day event: 1. Industry Day Registration/Base Access: Please follow the instructions in Attachment 06, quote mark Registration Form quote mark to complete the registration process. Completed Registration Forms shall be submitted to kelly.t.macnutt2.civ@mail.mil no later than 3:00pm eastern on 31 August 2015. Registration Forms received after this time and date will not be processed and access will not be provided. Please Note: Each attendee must have a valid state or federal photo identification. Joint Base MDL (Fort Dix) is first and foremost a military installation. As such, the security and safety of this base and personnel is priority 1. Unexpected arrivals will not be allowed entry and only pre-registered attendees, with the required state or federal photo ID, will be authorized to enter the base via Joint Base MDL welcome centers. The Security Forces Commander may cancel entry authority for this event at any time if Force Protection Conditions increase or a specific threat is perceived that could put the event attendees in danger. 2. Advance Questions: Any specific questions regarding the HR Solutions Program that you would like the Government to answer during this event shall be submitted to joseph.m.haslach.civ@mail.mil no later than 3:00pm eastern on 31 August 2015. The Government intends on addressing all submissions. However, due to time constraints, some submissions may not be addressed during this event. The Government will prioritize all submissions prior to the date of this event. 3. Request for Industry Feedback: The Government greatly appreciates areas of feedback from industry. The Government requests that all interested parties, regardless of business size under the anticipated NAICS code, provide feedback to the Government. This feedback shall be submitted to joseph.m.haslach.civ@mail.mil no later than 3:00pm eastern on 31 August 2015. The Government will not reimburse any concern for any information that is submitted in response to this posting or travel costs incurred as a result of participating in this Industry Day event.
