Description

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Research Triangle Park Procurement Operations Division (RTPPOD) is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the capacity and technical capability necessary to successfully perform the requirements described herein. The EPA is requesting information from potential qualified sources who can provide technical services in support of the audiovisual needs of the EPA community located in the Research Triangle Park, (RTP), NC. The primary focus of the work will be located within a 50 mile radius of RTP, NC. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, repair tools, materials, transportation and management necessary for the operation, maintenance and administration of government-owned audiovisual equipment. The contractor shall provide audiovisual support services for approximately 29 meeting spaces including conference rooms, classrooms, and an auditorium with capacities ranging between 8 people to the auditorium of up to 300 people. These meeting spaces are spread throughout the main facility (buildings B-E and A-Annex) and the National Computer Center on the EPA main campus at RTP, NC.
