Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO20, Veteran Affairs Puget Sound Healthcare System in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Harold Lemay Enterprise, Inc. (dba Lakewood Refuse Services) for the following services: to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide collection, removal, transportation, and disposal of non-hazardous solid waste and recycling that is generated at the Veteran Affairs Puget Sound Healthcare System - American Lake Division located at 9600 SW Veterans Drive, Tacoma, WA 98493. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide this service. Responses must be received no later than 14:00 PM PDT on 24 August 2015. All responses must be emailed to cyrtsal.parris@va.gov.
