- DESCRIPTION: ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATIONS RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Charles R. Miller, CONTRACTING OFFICER, CCAM-ALB, VIA email: charles.r.miller254.civ@mail.mil, or fax number (256) 955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON J55AM03158 applicable to the PATRIOT system. This proposed acquisition is for the procurement of all materials, equipment, labor and resources required for the depot-level diagnostics, repair and return of PAC-3 GSE secondary items owned by the Governments of Kuwait, Taiwan, and UAE for calendar years 2016-2018. This acquisition will provide for an estimated 77,689 number of man-hours for the repair of PATRIOT secondary items. It is anticipated that this contract action will cover a period of three years (one base year and two option years), as requirements materialize. This item is restricted to Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control, 1701 West Marshal Drive, Grand Prairie, Texax 75051, Commercial and Government Entity code 64059, because the technical data package, owned by Lockheed Martin, for the PAC-3 GSE cannot be duplicated, and is essential to overall success of the program. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eleible for award. All reponsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for soliciation; however, the soliciation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
