- MCC-15-RFQ-0095 Amendment 0001 MCC-15-RFQ-0095 Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1) Extend the due date for receipt of questions to 8/21/2015 at Noon; 2) Extend the due date for receipt of quotations to 8/28/2015 at Noon, and 3) Provide answers to vendor questions. See Attached Amendment 0001. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Evaluation Mali Bamako Airport Project MCC-15-RFQ-0095 1) The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has a requirement to contract for an Evaluation of the Mali Bamako Airport Project. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Commercial Procedures. Vendors who submitted a quotation under solicitation MCC-15-RFQ-0152 need not re-apply. This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses currently in effect in the latest Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) (www.acquisition.gov/far/fac.html). 2) Type of Award: A Time and Materials (T&M) type order is anticipated to be awarded. 3) NAICS: The North American Industrial Classification System code is 541690. 4) Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort for this one year requirement is 876 hours and the rough order of magnitude is under $400,000 including a plug dollar value for data collection. 5) Description of Services: The selected vendor shall provide evaluation services in support of the Mali Bamako Airport Performance Evaluation as described in the attached Statement of Work. 6) The Government will award an order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to this notice represents the best value in terms of technical criteria, past performance and cost. All non-cost factors (technical criteria and past performance) are more important than cost. 7) Attachment: MCC-15-RFQ-0095 including the Statement of Work, Deliverables, Staffing, Required Expertise, and Evaluation Factors for Award are attached. 8) Travel: International travel will be required. 9) Quote Submission: The Offeror shall submit a technical and cost quotation addressing the requirements of the Statement of Work. 10) Dun and Bradstreet and System for Award Management: To be awarded a U.S. Government contract, vendors must have a DUNS number (www.dnb.com) and be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
