The MICC Fort Sill requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Deluxe Olympic Decline Bench Press Salient Characteristics: The decline bench press must contain a padded bench, an attached metal rack system to hold the barbell, and weight storage tabs to hold extra plates. - The padded bench shall be a fixed, downward angle, between 15-30 degrees. - The attached metal rack system, comprised of two vertical metal poles, must be capable of supporting 7.2ft barbell and have adjustable tabs so the barbell can be placed at varying heights above the bench. - There must be six total weight storage tabs attached to the rack system to hold extra Olympic plates.
