Request for Quote (RFQ) Pricing Template RFQ Cover Letter Request for Quotation (RFQ) HSTS04-15-Q-CT4022 is issued for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Anti-Fatigue Floor Mats. Quoters are requested to review the attached BPA RFQ (Attachment 1) and complete the Price Template (Attachment 2). The Pricing Template represents the offerors quote submission. Supporting literature shall be provided. Under this firm fixed price BPA, the supplier shall provide the items listed in the technical specifications to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). All Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) will be activated by means of BPA Calls. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 326299 with a Small Business size standard of 500 employees. Please see Attachment 1 (RFQ) for further details.
