REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL DTFAEN-15-R-00141 ***NOT A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT*** To view the solicitation and applicable attachments for this procurement, please visit: http://faaco.faa.gov/index.cfm, Select "Current Announcements" and then select "Southern Region." The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisitions Service Area, Southern Region, AAQ-510 ATL, College Park, Georgia has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services at Multiple Facilities in and around Chattanooga, TN. SET-ASIDE: (Tiered Order of Precedence) This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. First tier 8(a) Socially, Economically, and Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB); Second tier Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB); Third tier Small Businesses; and Fourth tier Other than Small Businesses as described in Part IV “ Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The performance period for this contract will be for a one (1) year base with a desired start date of October 1, 2015, through September 30, 2016, with four (4) 12-month option periods. North American Industry Classification System Size Standards (NAICS): 561730, Landscaping Services. SITE VISIT: The FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. A one-time site visit will be conducted on 13 August 2015 at 10:00 am ET at 521 Pine Grove Trail, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Please provide Linda Hennequant at linda.hennequant@faa.gov with a list of attendees at least one day prior to the appointed time. The on-site POC will be Gary Longmire, whose number is (423) 855-6480. Information provided at this site visit, as well as answers to questions shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. ATTENDANCE AT THIS SITE VISIT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. SUBMISSIONS: All Requests for Information (RFI) must be emailed to the Contracting Officer Linda.hennequant@faa.gov no later than three days prior to the Offer Due Date. All correspondences must use the SIR # DTFAEN-15-R-00141 in the Subject line. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
