Description

Combo for Power Hawk Tool Brand Name J&A for Power Hawk This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F1D3225099A001, and is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20150626, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2015-0406. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) participants only.
