Description

SF 18 Solicitation N00421-15-T-0545 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Trek Connect, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). Trek Connect is the OEM and has proprietary drawings and specifications required to manufacture the required equipment. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil no later than 4:00PM EASTERN, 27-AUG-2015. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers.
