- This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from small business concerns and large businesses. Award will not be made to a large business unless a significant price disparity deems it suitable. The North American Industry Classification system code (NAICS) 811310 size standard of $7.5 M. Contract line item numbers and quantities: CLIN 0001 Trailer, 6 Ton Double Axle pintle hook, STR83043 Estimated Dimensions: Overall trailer length 22'. Contractor will remove all surface rust and paint by means of media blasting. Treat with industry standard preventative and prime all treated areas. Entire trailer shall be painted with two coats of Polyurethane coating, gloss black no.17038 or equivalent. Contractor will install new deck boards of red or white oak or similar and complete new galvanized hardware of like kind. Boards are not to exceed 8 inches in width, 1.5 inch thickness, 16 feet in length and shall be dry, free of twists, warping, insect damage, and treated with preservative. Nominal lengths are acceptable providing board falls on existing joint of trailer frame. Lighting is to be converted to L.E.D. Trailer is to be marked IAW with D.O.T standards. CLIN 0002 Trailer, 6 Ton Double Axle pintle hook, Contrail C-10 Estimated Dimensions: Overall trailer length 21'. Contractor will remove all surface rust and paint by means of media blasting. Treat with industry standard preventative and prime all treated areas. Entire trailer shall be painted with two coats of Polyurethane coating, gloss black no.17038 or equivalent. Contractor will install new deck boards of red or white oak or similar and complete new galvanized hardware of like kind. Entire trailer shall be painted with two coats of Polyurethane coating, strata blue no. 15045 or equivalent. Wheels, inner and outer, will be powder coated insignia white no. 17925 or equivalent. Contractor will install new deck boards of red or white oak or similar and complete new galvanized hardware of like kind. Boards are not to exceed 8 inches in width, 2 inch thickness, 17' 11 quote mark in length and shall be dry, free of twists, warping, insect damage, and treated with preservative. Nominal lengths are acceptable providing board falls on existing joint of trailer frame. Lighting is to be converted to L.E.D. Trailer is to be marked IAW D.O.T standards. CLIN 0004 Trailer, 10 Ton Double Axle pintle hook, registration number 88C1505 Estimated Dimensions: Overall trailer length 28'. Contractor will remove all surface rust and paint by means of media blasting. Treat with industry standard preventative and prime all treated areas. Entire trailer shall be painted with two coats of Polyurethane coating, strata blue no. 15045 or equivalent. Wheels, inner and outer, will be powder coated insignia white no. 17925 or equivalent. Vehicle cab, body, carriage, and doors will be stripped to bare metal and treated with industry standard preventative. Contractor will prime all treated areas. Entire vehicle, to include the fork carriage, shall be painted with two coats of Caterpillar bright beige medium gloss enamel paint or equivalent except for the cab. The cab will be painted with two coats of Caterpillar medium gloss black enamel paint or equivalent. Contractor will replace all safety, operating, and registration decals on exterior. Contractor will replace wire loom on all exposed wiring. The inside of the doors and jams will also be painted black. The differentials will be painted beige. The rims of all 4 tires will also be painted beige. The top of the cab (plastic) to be painted beige. The fenders will be painted black. CLIN 0006 The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract via a secure data collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: https://afcmra.hqda.pentagon.mil/Login.aspx Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year.
