Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS), Tacoma, Washington, intends to solicit proposals for Floor Replacement Services. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is VA-260-15-Q-1018. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 238330, Flooring Contractors, and the small business size standard is $15 Million. This procurement is restricted to small businesses, using Cascade Procedures. 3. The intended contract period is a base period of Date of Award to 29 Feb 2016. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 20 August 2015, and the anticipated closing date is 28 August 2015.
