- Attachment B - Past performance references Attachment A - price schedule solicitation / combined synopsis for CT Central Asia Tajikistan The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), Office of Strategy and Development (OSD) in Prague, Czech Republic, is seeking a TV broadcaster in Tajikistan that is able to FTP download and broadcast the RFE/RL programs described below and that has a reputation for producing respected, credible news programming and that has the ability to reach mass audiences with coverage in Tajikistan. The Station shall broadcast "Nastoyasheye Vremya-Central Aziya" (Настоящее Время - Центральная Азия) program from Monday to Friday and "Nastoyasheye Vremya-Nedelya" (Настоящее Время. Неделя) program on Saturday. The length of the program is 24 minutes with the airing not varying more than two minutes from the time agreed upon.
