- NOTICE OF AWARD The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Equinox Health Solutions, 1750 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209 for the purchase of Equinox Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) software and hardware, which will include training. The required Equinox products is FDA approved and the NeuroQuant technology was implemented at the San Antonio Military Health System in 2011. The NeuroQuant products required for this mission are proprietary in nature. A source sought posted to FBO resulted in no interested and/or capable contractors. The proposed contract action is for products provided by Equinox Health Solutions for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit quotes/pricing. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement was based upon responses received during the sources sought posted on FBO. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
