Description: RFQ PHTHALATE ANALYZER The Government desires to acquire a portable phthalate analyzer that provides rapid and accurate nondestructive screening of phthalates within plastics at concentrations of less than or equal to 0.1%. The RFQ seeks to obtain the technical concepts and approaches of developing a prototype phthalate analyzer using an innovative approach that may incorporate new or pre-existing technology.
