Description

J&A under FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.203(a) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. The Department of State intends to award a five (5) year firm-fixed price sole-source contract to Meridian Medical Technologies under statutory authority citation, 41 USC 3304(a)(1), as implemented under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAICS Code is 325412. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes or proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Department. However, a determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
