Description
Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, Georgia, Contracts Department (S1930) intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to SCI Technology, Inc. (Cage 2J622) 13000 S. Memorial Pkwy, Huntsville, AL 35803 for the tear down and evaluation (TD and E) and repair of the following: CLIN 0001: Interface unit, Communication Equipment, NSN: 5895-01-566-0958, P/N: 5402350-001, 27 each. FOB DESTINATION. SHIP TO INFORMATION: SW3121 DDAG ALBANY, DDAG-T, TMO, MCLB BLDG 1221 BAY 5, DOOR 20, ALBANY, GA 31704-5000. The North American Industry Classification 334511, the small business standard size is 750 employees. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as commitment by the Government for any purpose. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this notice of proposed contract action. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offerors capability to repair these items without the Government providing technical data. All documentation shall become the property of the Government.
